I recently had a 20kW solar system installed by Astronic Solar, and I must say the entire experience has been absolutely outstanding from start to finish.

They took the time to explain everything in detail — system size, inverter options, expected performance, and how the installation process would work. The installation process itself was extremely smooth and well-organized. The installers arrived on time, were very friendly, respectful, and clearly experienced. Just sharing a great experience with you all After Prateek from Astronic Solar came over very punctually on time & day exactly when he said.
He gave a a great price went through all options no question too hard !!
After a great proposal was sent to us we paid a deposit and was told installation date range they hit it perfectly!
There installation team came early on the day very courteous and professional.
Our 10.45kw solar panels plus 32.7kwh Fox ESS inverter & Battery was installed in under 5hrs not a tile broken nice and neat. Now we are basically self sufficient!!!

I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
I paid a deposit for a solar panel and battery installation that was discussed as being installed within a reasonable timeframe. After payment, I was unable to get a confirmed installation date despite multiple follow-ups.
When it became clear the installation could not be confirmed, I requested a refund of my deposit. Communication was slow and responses were vague, and I was repeatedly asked to discuss the matter by phone rather than receiving clear confirmation in writing.
The refund was not processed voluntarily and I ultimately had to resolve the matter through my bank.

Astronic Solar was awesome from quote to installation and after sales support, I can highly recommend their business and Prateek in particular who quoted the installation, he was very attentive to my special requirements and limited roof space, he was able to come up with a solution that has exceeded all my expectations and he was involved throughout the whole process including installation, nothing seemed to much trouble for him I cannot recommend them enough and I am so happy with my install, it was done on time as stated by Prateek and the installers did a very neat job and completed it on schedule, the system was integrated with my existing solar system as well and all is working seamlessly, they ensured the blackout UPS functioned correctly and is a great advantage with having the battery, thanks again Prateek for your attention to detail throughout the whole process it made it all go smoothly and to plan, also there price was very competitive and that is also a bonus 👍

I wanted to take a moment to share my positive experience with Deep from Astrontic Private Limited regarding solar installation. Initially, I found the whole process quite challenging, especially in determining the appropriate size for the solar panels, batteries, and inverter. Luckily, Deep was extremely helpful and took the time to explain everything to me clearly.

He provided me with multiple quotations to choose from, and I must say, the quote he offered was the best I received. Once I made my decision to proceed, the rest of the process went incredibly smoothly. Deep was not only friendly but also very supportive in assisting me with applying for the Solar rebate. To my delight, the installation was completed within two weeks and even ahead of the promised date.
